Insurance

I accept the Duke University Student Health Insurance. This means that if you are a Duke student and you use the health insurance plan offered by the University, your sessions with me will be covered with a $25 copay at the time of service. 

I am out of network with all other insurance plans. This means that if you choose to use insurance, you will be responsible for the full fee at the time of service and then the insurance company may reimburse you directly for an established percentage of the fee based on your policy. I will be happy to provide you with a statement of fees you have paid to help you file with your insurance company for reimbursement. In order to find out what your insurance company reimburses, I recommend calling them and confirming what percentage they will reimburse of your sessions, and whether there is a deductible you must meet prior to this reimbursement.

Rates:

• Initial Assessment: $160 (60 minutes)

• Individual Psychotherapy: $145 (60 minutes)

• Individual Psychotherapy: $130 (45 minutes)
