Koru Mindfulness Course

I serve as Faculty and Director of Training for the Center for Koru Mindfulness, and I’m also a certified Koru Teacher. Koru offers an evidence-based curriculum for teaching mindfulness to emerging adults. Check out their website here: korumindfulness.org

If you’d like to learn more about mindfulness and meditation, several times per year I offer Koru Mindfulness, a 4-week introductory course. The course was created by psychiatrist Dr. Holly Rogers, who co-founded The Center for Koru Mindfulness. The Koru course has been studied in a randomized control trial at Duke University where it demonstrated significant effects on participants including improved mood, decreased stress, improved sleep, and increased self compassion.
